My parents have been Dachshund breeders for nearly 5 decades. At their advanced age now (84) , they are calling it a day. I have been lucky enough to have two of their males which I have trained to blood trail deer. I am NOT a professional tracker, but rather a Dachshund lover that also hunts white tail deer. My #1 dog, Tex , is 12. He is an excellent tracker. My #2 dog , Mojo, is 2 1/2. He made his first solo tracks last winter. I know that I will be soon replacing Tex. I am looking for a breeder of tracking Dachshunds. If you decide to continue to raise tracking Dachshunds, I would apprectiate being kept abreast of any litters from which you might have a pup for sale. 12 August 2007 02:02pm |

Hello!!! congratulations for your work with the track of blood with your teckels and very good program of breeding. We like to see that in USA also you have teckels hunters because for us also the teckel first is a dog to work. All the best from Spain, Ruben and Marisa. 16 May 2007 09:56am |
